摘要：随着当前劳动关系的日益复杂，新的经济组织形式的出现，女职工的维权问题显得日益突出。党和政府对妇女权益保护问题历来高度重视，通过舆论引导、政策规范、法律保障等多种措施，不断提高妇女在社会生活中的地位，切实保护广大妇女的合法权益。本问题就如何维护女职工的合法权益问题进行了探讨。关键字：女职工;权益保护;女职工维权 Abstract: With the development of the labor relationship becomes more and more complex, new economic organization form occurred; female worker’s rights problem appears increasingly outstanding. The party and the government has always attached great importance on women's rights and interests protection problem, through the guidance of public opinion, policy, legal protection and other measures, improving women's status in social life, to protect women's legitimate rights and interests.
